Polymer (PE) dosing unit

Polymer or PE is widely used for binding suspended solids in wastewater and allowing them to settle. The resulting sludge is then discharged and can be pumped over a screen belt press, for example. The wastewater becomes clearer with the use of polymer and can be reused or discharged. Polymer is a viscous liquid. This makes it necessary to use a diaphragm pump with spring-loaded non-return valves. The Emec AMSP is such a pump.

What does this polymer dosing unit consist of?

• A high-quality Emec AMSP metering pump max 4 bar ? 10 litres per hour.
• A 200 litre storage tank with drip tray.
• An intake lance.
• An automatic mixer (400 rpm).
• All delivered fully assembled

It is of course possible to combine with other products, such as a dosing pump with a higher flow or control based on a water meter with pulse generator.
