All parameters for operation and set-up are available via a digital keypad and displayed on a backlit LCD screen. In addition, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/dosingpump.shop\/en\/product\/emec-kms-mf-metering-pump\/\">Emec KMS MF metering pump<\/a>&nbsp;about the following in and out:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standby input<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LEVEL input<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alarm output (contact)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flow rate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The flow rate can be determined by the stroke length and the stroke speed. Using the adjustment knob, you can set the stroke length between 0% and 100%, only the dosage can be guaranteed within a range of 30% to 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This explanation addresses that of the Emec KMS MF, but can also be used for other electromagnetic models such as the AMS, TMS and VMS (excluding the PRIUS and PRISMA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All electrical connections must only be carried out by&nbsp;<strong>authorised and qualified employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the following steps before proceeding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check that the values on the pump's label are compatible with the power supply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The pump should be connected to an installation with a differential switch (with a sensitivity of 0.03A) if there is no proper earthing.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To avoid damaging the pump, do not install it in parallel with a heavy induction load (such as that of a motor). A relay switch should be used. See photo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/1611e5a0.delivery.rocketcdn.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Emec-KMS-MF-Elektrische-installatie-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4208\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After verifying previous steps, proceed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check that the 'BNC' of the level probe is connected as described on the 'Hydraulic Installation' page.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect the 'BNC' and the external signal to input connectors of the pump. This input can be used as follows:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water meter with pulse generator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start-up contact point for 'BATCH' mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voltage input for 'VOLT' mode.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current input for 'mA' mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect the alarm and\/or standby signal as described in the figure.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>'Alarm' signal is not protected with a fuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>'Standby' signal has the main priority when switching the pump on\/off.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/1611e5a0.delivery.rocketcdn.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Emec-KMS-MF-Elektrische-installatie.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4210\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De elektrische installatie van de Emec KMS MF De&nbsp;doseerpompen&nbsp;uit de KMS MF-serie is de ideale oplossing voor een lage of middelmatige dosering van chemische stoffen.
