Emec LASP Suction canister

Most Emec dosing pumps come with foot valve with suction filter. However, this does not always work optimally and is not always the safest solution when chemicals need to be pumped from a jerry can.

We therefore have a great solution for a jerry can. A suction lance with cap which ensures that the canister is properly closed at all times. This helps you work safely because no chemicals splash out when moving the canister or if someone unexpectedly runs into it.

Features Emec LASP4 Suction canister

A suction lance is a PVC or PVDF plastic lance fitted with a filter and a level switch. By selecting the right length, the suction lance reaches the bottom of the vessel or IBC.

The pump intake is then connected to the top. This also applies to the return in the case of automatic venting.
When the pump is compatible then the level switch can be connected. This switches off the pump when the vessel is empty.

Installation Emec LASP4 Jerrycan

1. Make a 38.5 cm diameter passage hole on the hood.
2. Remove the 1 1/2″ counter nut.
3. Insert the LASP into the through-hole of the hood.
4. Fit and screw on the 1 1/2″ counter nut.
5. Screw the cap onto the tank.
