Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, we cannot change it. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order.
What should I do if I made a mistake when placing my order?

Can I combine multiple orders for shipping?
This is possible, but please contact our customer service team to discuss how best to arrange this.
Delivery
How long does delivery of my order take?
Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method, but usually you will receive your order within a few days.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the package.
How do I know if I am satisfied with my order?
Please contact our customer service team so we can check the status of your order and provide a solution.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs vary by destination.
What happens if I am not present during delivery?
If you are not present at the parcel destination, the delivery driver will attempt to redeliver the parcel or send it to a collection point.
Return
How can I return a product?
You can return a product within 14 days of receipt by contacting our customer service team at info@dosingpump.shop.
Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?
The cost of the return is for the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Exchanges are not possible, but you can return the product and place a new order for the desired product.
How soon will I receive my money back after returning a product?
Once we have received the returned product, the amount will be refunded to your account within a few working days.
What should I do if my product is damaged on arrival?
Contact us immediately at info@dosingpump.shop so we can solve the problem and provide you with the right product.
Pay
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via:
- Credit cards such as Visa, American Express, Mastercard
- iDeal (Netherlands), KBC (Belgium), Sofort (DE and other European countries) and P24 (Poland).
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
Can I pay for my order afterwards?
Yes, we offer the option to pay afterwards via certain payment methods such as Klarna.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all our payments are processed via secure, encrypted payment methods to protect your privacy.
Can I cancel my payment?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may cancel the payment. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Do I have to pay VAT on my order?
Yes, all prices include VAT. Additional import duties and taxes may apply for orders outside the EU.
Dosing pumps
Dosing pump does not suck or dose? Check these points
Make sure it is correctly connected and securely fastened.
Also check whether there are no dirt or obstruction is present between the ball-valve in the filter. You can test this by pressing the valve lightly with a screwdriver to see if it moves freely.
Poorly fitted hoses can false air sucking, causing the pump to lose its suction.
A stuck or contaminated ball can prevent the pump from drawing in or passing fluid.
If necessary, dismantle the valves and check them for damage or contamination.
Check that both the suction hose as the delivery hose lie freely and are not trapped in the installation.
Check that the ball-valve of the injection valve works and not stuck. An incorrectly fitted or defective injection valve can prevent fluid from being introduced.
