Maintenance kit

Over time, the "wet parts" of your Emec K-series metering pump may wear out or become damaged, for example by impact on the pump head. This affects the performance and reliability of your pump. To remedy this and extend the life of your dosing pump, we offer this complete maintenance kit.

This kit is specifically formulated for the Emec KMS, KPLUS and KCL dosing pumps and ensures that your pump performs optimally again. The contents of the spare part package include all essential components required for a thorough overhaul of the wet parts:

• An intake filter with level control, essential for clean and efficient intake.
• An injection valve for precise dosing.
• 2 metres of discharge hose and 2 metres of suction hose, allowing you to renew the pipes around the pump.
• A pump head specially designed for the Emec K series dosing pumps.

This set is suitable for pumps with PP and PVDF pumpheads. A surcharge applies for PMMA or stainless steel versions.

Safety advice: When replacing wet parts, it is very important to flush everything thoroughly with water. We strongly recommend wearing gloves and at least safety glasses to avoid contact with chemicals and ensure your safety.
