The Emec LINI Chemical Injection lance is a crucial component for systems that require accurate chemical dosing, especially when the dosing pump is located below the liquid level. Where standard injection valves often cause problems such as crystallisation and the build-up of chemical deposits, the Emec LINI Injection lance effectively addresses these challenges.

The intelligent design of this injection lance makes it easy to remove the injection point, even in overpressure systems, thanks to the optional check valve integrated in the lance. This not only increases ease of use, but also operational safety.

The Emec LINI Injection lance is available in a variety of high-quality materials, such as PP, PVDF and stainless steel 316. This variety ensures that the lance can withstand temperatures of up to 200°C and pressures of up to 25 bar, depending on the version chosen. This makes the Emec LINI Injection lance a versatile and robust solution for a wide range of industrial applications.
