Motor-driven, high-flow multipurpose metering pump

Many processes are controlled by a PLC or process computer. It is then convenient that a dosing pump can also be controlled by this. The motor-driven Prius D MF can produce a high flow. Up to about 1000 litres per hour At a relatively high pressure of 5 bar. This pump is also available in the high-pressure version and can then deliver a maximum pressure of 100 bar.

These features make the Prius MF is a widely used dosing solution at water treatment plants and within industry. With a combination of the available materials, virtually any liquid can be dispensed safely and accurately. This dosing pump has 10 available working modes including: weekly timer dosing, pulse, mA, Volt and Batch, level control, alarms, standby, timer.

In addition to the multifunctional working mode, all Prius MF models feature dual valves, aluminium housing and a spring return mechanism.

Within the Prius MF series, we can offer the following metering pumps, each with its own unique features:

• Prius D MF: The standard model that features a PTFE membrane and can deliver a capacity up to 1000 litres per hour.
• Prius D MF AP: It can deliver high pressure. Thanks in part to its steel pump head (AISI316L), this pump can deliver pressure up to 100 bar.
• Prius P MF: This model uses a Stainless steel or ceramic plunger and that makes this dosing pump very suitable for dosing high-temperature liquids.
