The Emec AMS CO Plus is an industrially designed, horizontally mounted magnet-driven diaphragm dosing pump, specifically constructed for applications requiring continuous and accurate chemical dosing. This model operates in constant operating mode, meaning it continuously doses a fixed set volume without the possibility of control by an external level signal.
Technically, the pump is driven by an electromagnet that sets the PTFE diaphragm in motion. The use of a full (solid) PTFE diaphragm guarantees maximum chemical compatibility and an exceptionally long service life, even when pumping the most aggressive chemicals. The pump head and hydraulic components are made of high-quality materials such as PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride), which makes the pump resistant to a wide spectrum of acids, bases and solvents.
The capacity of the pump is manually adjustable via a stroke frequency control from 0-100%, allowing the operator to fine-tune the flow to the process requirements. The robust housing made of fibreglass-reinforced polypropylene offers IP65 protection rating, which protects the internal components from dust and water jets and makes the pump suitable for demanding industrial environments.
As standard, the AMS CO Plus comes with a complete installation kit, consisting of a suction filter, an injection valve and the necessary pressure and suction hoses, enabling fast and efficient commissioning.
