The Emec AMS PLUS 02-60 FP 230VAC is a robust and versatile, horizontally mounted, magnet-driven dosing pump from the AMS series designed for constant or proportional dosing of chemicals, including level control.
This pump offers flexible dosing options: in constant mode, the pump doses a constant user-set quantity, while in proportional mode, the dosing is proportional to an external signal, such as a pulse (voltage-free contact) or a current signal (mA). This makes the pump ideal for applications where dosing needs to be adjusted based on an external measuring device, such as a water meter.
Metering capacity is controlled by both the stroke frequency (speed) and stroke length, which can be manually adjusted from 0 to 100% (with guaranteed accuracy between 30% and 100%). The pump is equipped with a PVDF pump housing and PTFE diaphragm (indicated by 'FP' in the product name), and can deliver a maximum flow rate of 60 litres per hour at a maximum pressure of 2 bar. As standard, the pump comes with a foot valve with float that stops dosing when the chemical level in the tank is low.
