Emec KMS Universal Dosing Pump

The KMS series is equipped with a display. It is also stroke volume adjustable. This makes the pump very precise control. As standard, the dosing pump is fitted with a PVDF pump head. Stainless steel, PMMA and PP are also possible. For viscous liquids offer the LPV versions a solution. It features a pump head with spring-loaded check valves. Emec gives 5-year warranty on the dry part, including the diaphragm of this pump!

Versions of the Emec KMS Series

The KMS series comprises a number of types, each containing unique properties. Within the KMS series, for example, this indicates the values you can control:

DC - A constant dosing pump equipped with an alarm output.
MF (Multifunction) - Multifunction dosing pumps are special because of their versatile applications and advanced features. They offer programmable dosing, a digital interface for easy configuration, accuracy, compatibility with various fluids, monitoring systems, and connectivity options. This makes them ideal for industrial environments where flexibility and reliability are crucial.
CL - Special design for dosing and regulating free chlorine values. This dosing pump can read and regulate free chlorine values. Attention! Excl. free chlorine sensor.
AND - Version equipped with a built-in weekly timer, allowing you to dose on specific days and times during the week.
PH - Pumps with a PH feature have the ability to read and regulate standard pH values (excl. pH sensor). These are especially for applications where pH values need to be regulated.
RH - The pumps with a RH feature have the ability to read and control standard ORP (conductivity) values (excl. ORP sensor).

Other versions of the Emec KMS Series

KMS(A) - The Type A pump is equipped with self-venting thanks to the self-venting pump head. The use of PVDF for the fluid ends, including the pump head, injection valve, foot filter and discharge hose, is standard. Accessories included are based on the basic model, and optional PP pump head and accessories are available, including a PE hose.
KMS (LPV) - These pumps are designed for the pumping liquids with a maximum viscosity of 8,000 cPs. They are equipped with a PMMA pump head with stainless steel balls and manual venting. Accessories included with the pump include a 3/4″ injection valve, 16×22 PVC suction hose and 8×12 PE injection hose. Optional accessories include a stainless steel foot filter with valve.
