Fluimac Helios AS-15-FX peristaltic pump

The Helios AS 15 FX is a powerful fixed-speed industrial peristaltic pump designed for reliable dosing of a variety of liquids, including aggressive chemicals. Its peristaltic operating principle makes the pump self-priming up to 6 metres and dry-running resistant, making it well suited for continuous use in demanding environments. As only the hose comes into contact with the medium, wear remains minimal and maintenance is easy. The pump uses an interchangeable hose element, with various hose materials available, including FDA-approved versions for food applications. The AS 15 FX is available in four fixed flow variants, from 56 to 172 litres per hour, depending on the selected speed. Thanks to its high-quality construction and wide range of available hose and pipe connections, including stainless steel 316, PVC, PTFE and TRI-CLAMPS, the Helios AS 15 FX offers maximum usability in chemical, process industry and food applications. The pump is available with a single-phase or three-phase motor and optionally in ATEX design.
