Qdos 120 Universal+ 24R - Santoprene - Right

The Watson-Marlow Qdos 120 Universal+ is a peristaltic metering pump that delivers accurate and consistent fluid handling. Equipped with a Santoprene ReNu pumphead, this model is ideal for general use, offering excellent chemical compatibility. The pump head is mounted on the right side.

The pump delivers flow rates from 0.1 to 2000 ml/min (0.001-31.7 USGPH) and can handle pressures up to 7 bar (100psi) RMS. The ReNu pump head maximises uptime by preventing gas entrapment or valve clogging and enables fast, tool-free replacement. This minimises downtime and reduces chemical waste. The Qdos 120 offers flow control up to 20000:1 with an accuracy of ±1% and a repeatability of ±0.5%.

The Qdos 120 is IP66 rated, meaning it is waterproof and dustproof. It operates in ambient temperatures from 5 °C to 45 °C with Santoprene tubing. The drive weighs 4.6 kg (10 lb 2 oz) and the pump head 1.1 kg (2 lb 7 oz). The control is "Universal+", meaning the pump has manual, analogue, PROFIBUS or contact mode functionality. The model 24R indicates that it has a relay module (R) with 5-24 V DC or 110 V AC inputs and contact outputs rated at 110 VAC, 4A or 30 V DC, 4A. The pump has a noise level of less than 70 dB(A) at 1 metre. The pump can optionally be powered by a 12-24 V DC option.
