Emec offers an extensive range of high-quality hoses, essential for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Whether you need to transport liquids, gases or chemicals, Emec hoses guarantee reliability and durability.

Materials

Our hoses are available in various materials, each with specific properties to meet your requirements:

  • PE (polyethylene): Ideal for general applications where flexibility and cost-effectiveness are important. PE hoses have good resistance to many chemicals and are often used for water and compressed air systems.
  • PVC (polyvinyl chloride): A versatile material known for its good chemical resistance and flexibility. PVC hoses are suitable for a variety of fluids, including water, oils and acids, and are widely used in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.
  • PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride): This high-performance polymer offers excellent chemical resistance, even at high temperatures and aggressive media. PVDF hoses are the ideal choice for demanding applications where purity and extreme durability are required, such as in the semiconductor industry and when handling corrosive chemicals.

Lengths and grommets

To meet your specific needs, Emec hoses are available in different lengths and transit sizes:

  • Lengths: You can choose from the following standard lengths: 2, 5, 10, 50, 100 and 200 metres. This allows you to select the right length for your project, whether it is a short connection or a longer transport line.
  • Through-hole dimensions (inside diameter x outside diameter): Throughput sizes are crucial for optimal flow and pressure in your system. Emec offers the following common sizes:
    • 4×6 mm
    • 6×8 mm
    • 8×10 mm
    • 8×12 mm

With this variety of materials, lengths and transit sizes, Emec offers a suitable hose solution for almost any application.
