Acid dosing system - 1000 litres

With this complete dosing system, various acids can be dosed, such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid and various other acids with higher concentrations. When you specify which acid with which concentration you want to dose, we will ensure that the right materials are chosen.

The capacity of the acid tank is 1000 litres. There is a suction lance in the storage tank. This is connected to the dosing pump. This suction lance has a level control that switches off the pump when the tank is empty, preventing air from entering the pipes. The pump has a PVDF pump head and viton O-rings which is suitable for most acids.

The dosing pump can be easily mounted on the tank, connecting is very easy.

Acid dosing system contents:

• 1000 litre tank for acid
• Kcl plus 08-08 metering pump (8 litres/hour - 08 bar) with adjustable stroke length and stroke frequency
• Suction lance with level control
• Injection valve and dosing hose

This acid dosing system can be adapted with the following parts :

• Acid tank in capacities of 50, 100, 200, 500 or 1000 litres
• acid pump with a capacity of up to 80 litres/hour (for direct tank mounting)
• acid pump with a capacity of up to 1000 litres/hour (for mounting above the tank against a wall)
• 4-20 mA control option
• Tank filling pump
• Agitator (manual or automatic)
• Appropriate drip tray
• All components fully assembled.
