DPS2-R - 6l/h - 1 Bar

The DPS2-R peristaltic pump is a robust and reliable dosing pump, ideal for applications where you need to accurately dose liquids, including chemicals such as chlorine and various acids, on a regular basis. Thanks to its sturdy polypropylene housing and polycarbonate front panel, this pump is built for durability. The heart of the pump, the Santoprene peristaltic hose, ensures excellent chemical resistance.

What makes this pump special is its infinitely adjustable flow, which allows you to fine-tune dosing with extreme precision. Depending on the specific version, the DPS2-R can dose up to 20 litres per hour and reach a maximum pressure of 3 bar. You can start using the DPS2-R right away, as the pump comes complete with a 2-metre-long pressure and suction hose, a suction filter and an injection nipple. The necessary mounting material is also included. The hose connections have a standard size of 4×6 mm. Moreover, this dosing pump can be easily incorporated into an existing control by switching the standard 230-volt supply voltage. The pump is designed for a multivoltage supply voltage of 20-260V.

Please note that the DPS2-R peristaltic pump is not suitable for continuous use. The peristaltic hose, although highly resistant, should be checked regularly and replaced if necessary. Spare hoses are easily available in our webshop. For specific applications, a silicone hose is also available at extra cost.
